About Me

Dr. Kesia Vazquez

Meet Dr. Kesia Vazquez

For years, I’ve helped individuals navigate anxiety, burnout, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, emotional eating, self-worth challenges, and the complicated seasons of life that can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my approach combines evidence-based practices with compassionate support, helping people better understand themselves, heal from old patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I hold a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and am a Certified Grief Educator through David Kessler’s program. I also have specialized training in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) through the Albert Ellis Institute. These experiences inform my work, helping clients navigate difficult emotions, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative partnership, one where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

If you’re considering therapy, you can schedule an exploratory session to learn more about working together.
